Notes:
If you ordered Alcatel-Lucent Professional Services, you do not need to contact the
Alcatel-Lucent Support Center for license keys. The software key is preloaded on the
My Teamwork server.
Trial keys are temporary keys obtained, by request, from the Alcatel-Lucent Welcome
Center. In this case, the Alcatel-Lucent Support Center does not require an Alcatel-
Lucent Order Number to obtain license keys.
