Obtaining your license files
To complete the installation process for My Teamwork, you must contact the Alcatel-
Lucent Support Center and acquire the My Teamwork and VMware
®
license files.

You will need to provide the Support Center with the following:
•
Order Number
•
My Teamwork system ID (System Serial Number
“Licensing Page” (p. 4-3)

The Alcatel-Lucent Support Center will generate the software key and send you this key
by email. You will also find a VMware license key attached to the email. The VMware
license key is required if the Web Presentation feature is being offered to end users
(licensed data conferencing).
Note:
Presentations (non-interactive sharing of Microsoft PowerPoint
®
, Word, or
Excel
®
document) is not available in My Teamwork Office Edition. Installation of the
Microsoft components is not required if you are using My Teamwork Office Edition.
