1.15 START-UP PROCEDURE (QUALIFIED PERSONNEL ONLY)
A. Be sure installation is complete and all high voltage and control wiring has been
double checked.
B. Turn both circuit breakers to the ON position. One of the breakers operates the
compressor, blower, and controls. The other breaker operates the electric heater.
C. After turning the breakers ON, check the voltage downstream of the breakers with
a voltmeter. The voltage on all phases should be within the maximum and minimum
specified.
D. Voltage imbalance between phases should be <= 2%. Voltage imbalance greater
than this should be corrected immediately as it can cause mechanical problems and
performance issues.

E. When the breakers are turned on, the HMI display gets powered immediately, but it
takes about one minute for the front screen to be displayed properly. Wait until you
see the Initial Power-Up Screen before proceeding with the Start-Up Procedure.
