REMOVING/INSTALLING THE NOSE GUARD 

Detach the nose guard by pulling it upwards (29).

To reattach it again, insert the teeth in their slots and press until the nose guard clicks closed.

REMOVING/INSTALLING THE WIND GUARD 

Remove the part of the wind guard inserted between the shell and the chin guard. (30).

To refit it, repeat the operation in reverse order making sure all the studs click closed.

REMOVING THE CHEEK PAD

To remove the cheek pad, detach the six automatic buttons that hold it in place, pulling them as indicated by the 

arrow, one by one (31), then remove the plastic strip from its slot, releasing the two rear automatic buttons (32).

To refit it, repeat the operation in reverse order making sure that each attachment clicks into place.

REMOVING/INSTALLING THE EAR CUSHION 

The cheek pads in the helmet are also equipped with ear cushions (33).

To remove the ear cushion, unbutton the cheek pad then take the ear cushion out.

To install the ear cushion, align the holes with the rear buttons of the cheek pad and refit the cheek pad (34).

Once completed, make sure the cheek pads are properly secured to the helmet.  

REMOVING/INSTALLING THE CROWN PAD

To remove the crown pad, slide out the front strip (35) and free it from the rear buttons (36), then remove it.

Follow the procedure in reverse to install the crown pad.

PATENTED REVERSIBLE CROWN PAD

The reversible crown pad is fitted with two surfaces with different types of fabric indicated as follows:

- REVERSIBLE COOLER SIDE (smooth fabric, cool to the touch, to be used in summer time).

- REVERSIBLE WARMER SIDE (resistant and covered in velvet, to be used in winter time)

To change sides of the crown pad proceed as follows (37):

- Remove the crown pad, by sliding out the front strip and then removing the rear buttons.

- Turn the crown pad inside out.

- Remove the buttons and reattach them again on the other side.

- Reattach the polystyrene crown pad by fastening the button clasps and reinserting the strip.

INTERIOR CLEANING

After removing the interior components, the crown pad and the cheek pads can be hand-washed in lukewarm

water with laundry soap. After washing, rinse with running water.

Do not wring them, and let them dry at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

SILICONE OIL:

The silicon oil serves to lubricate the visor’s mechanism and to avoid rust and annoying noises. Remove the visor before 

applying the product. Then, apply a small amount of oil on the visor’s actuator system. Remove excess oil with a cloth. 

Your view can be obstructed if there is silicone oil residue on the visor. Ensure adequate lubrication.

 Warnings:

1) Wash with plenty of soap and water in case of contact with skin.

2) Rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention in case of contact with eyes.

3) Do not swallow. Seek medical attention if swallowed.

4) Get plenty of fresh air if inhaled.

5) Keep out of reach of children.

6) Avoid exposure to sunlight, keep in a fresh, dry place and maintain at a temperature below 50°C / 122°F.

7) Do not dispose of the container in the environment.

8) Prevent the product from penetrating the soil/subsoil. Prevent the product from being spilled into surface water 

or sanitary sewer systems. Keep the contaminated washing water and dispose of it accordingly.

Inform the competent authorities if the product has been spilled into waterways, soil or sanitary sewer systems.

9) Material suitable for recycling: absorbing, organic, sand-like material.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

If you wish to obtain an extended warranty on the helmet purchased, go to the website www.agv.com, carefully 

read the terms and conditions and fill in the registration form within 60 days of purchasing the helmet.
