SPRAYING
Figure 21: AGS 800-1200 EN functions diagram
By means of the three-way valves (1 and 2), release the spray from the main tank (9) through the filter
(4) and the pump (5) into the pressure regulator (6). Open the spray mixing valve (20) for individual
nozzle sections (8). The flow direction through the three-way valve is indicated with an
arrow
on the
valve lever. Adjust the selector valve (3) so that the excess liquid from the regulator is directed
towards the main reservoir.
7.11.2
COMPLETE CLEANING OF THE SPRAYER
Complete cleaning of the sprayer includes the cleaning of all interior parts of the sprayer, consisting of
the main reservoir (9), filter (4), pump (5), pressure regulator (6) and nozzles (10). Turn the three-way
valve (2) towards the rinsing tank (14). Release clean water from the reservoir (9) through the pump
(5) into the pressure regulator (6). Opening the diverter valves (8 and 7) releases the flow to the
nozzles and the mixing nozzle (11). The flow from the pressure regulator and through the selector
valve (3) should be directed into the main reservoir. Finally, return the three-way valve (2) into its
original position and completely drain the main thank through the nozzles (10).
7.11.3
PARTIAL CLEANING OF THE SPRAYER
Partial cleaning of the sprayer includes the cleaning of the filter (4), the pump (5), the pressure
regulator (6) and nozzles (10) without changing the concentration of the spraying agent inside the main
reservoir. Turn the three-way valve (2) towards the rinsing tank (14) and redirect the flow directly to
the pump (5) with the selector valve (3). Close the mixing valve (7) on the pressure regulator (6) and
close the return line from the pressure filter, if necessary (15). Clean water is supplied through the
filter (4), the pump (5), the pressure regulator (6) and through the nozzles (10). The amount of
spraying agent in the main reservoir remains the same.
