Update Procedure

The procedure for updating

Elite

version 3.1.6 or later on an

AIC is as follows:

1.

Copy all of the folders (but NOT the files in the
root) from the Instrument Options CD to the USB
memory stick. Copy all of the folders (but NOT
the files in the root) from the Instrument Control
Add-on DVD.

2.

Copy the

Elite

folder, only, from the “AIC Image

Update” folder of the

Elite

Installation CD to the

USB memory stick. The USB drive should look
similar to the following:

Note

AIC Rev. A does not support any RC.Net
Instrument drivers. Trying to configure any
instrument based on RC.Net will cause errors.
To identify RC.Net Refer to the Supported
Modules and Firmware document on the
Manuals folder of the Add-on DVD.
