P ort Extension
The 43961A impedance test kit has A CP-7 connectors that are intended for direct connection
with a test xture . However , you can use the 4395A 's port extension feature to connect an
extension cable between the test kit and xture .
Note
Y ou must determine the electrical length of the extension cable before using it
with the aid of the port extension feature .
F ollow these steps:
1. Connect the cable to the APC-7 connector of the 43961A impedance test kit.
