Aeroworks 30cc Laser 200 Assembly Manual 

 

5.  Install rubber grommet as shown below, secure 

grommet with thick CA.  

6.  Pass nylon ties through holes drilled in step 4 as 

shown below.  

7.  Roll the supplied foam rubber to make a 4 layer 

pad as shown. Make the pad slightly larger than 
the ignition module. 

9.  Pass ignition power lead through the rubber 

grommet and into the fuse as shown.  

8.  Secure ignition module with nylon tie as neces-

sary. 

4.  Use a 1/4” bit to drill the ignition module 

mounting holes. Drill the rubber grommet hole 
at this time.
