24.  Repeat above steps for other wheel and wheel 

pant. 

21.  Install wheel and outer wheel collar. Use blue 

Loctite on the wheel collar set screw before final 
tightening. 

22.  Slide the lock washer then the flat washer on the 

wheel pant mounting bolts. Use blue Loctite on
