4.  Install the throttle servo in the preassembled la-

ser cut mounting tray as shown below.  

 
 

5.  To allow easier installation remove 6” from the 

non threaded end of the throttle pushrod using a 
pair of wire cutters as shown below.  

6.  Assemble ball link to threaded end of pushrod. 
 

Note:

   Thread ball link half way onto pushrod to 

 

  allow for proper adjustment during final     

  

installation. 

 

7.  Slide pushrod through hole drilled in firewall and 

attach ball link using 4-40 bolt, flat washer and 
lock nut.  

8.  Assemble brass threaded coupler to 4-40 ball 

link. Assemble ball link and brass spacer to the 
servo arm as shown below. 

 

9.  Temporarily place throttle servo mount inside 

fuse with 3/4” servo arm attached to throttle 
servo. Use the throttle pushrod to locate the cor-
rect mounting area for throttle servo mounting 
tray and mark with a ball point pen.
