Attach 24” servo extension to servo. Use an
Aeroworks Safety Clip to ensure the plugs will
not come apart from vibration or light tension.
3. Attach elevator servo extension to pre-installed
pull string as shown.
4. Pull extension through fuse and into radio com-
partment.
5. Install servo in servo well with the output shaft
towards the rear of fuse as shown below.
6. Using a 1/16” drill bit, drill holes for servo
screws.
7. Install servo with servo mounting screws.
8. Correct installation of ball link to servo arm
shown below.
Note:
Flat washer will prevent ball link from
coming loose from brass ball.
9. Assemble pushrod to servo arm assembly as
shown.
10. Attach pushrod to ball link and control horn.
11. A pushrod adjustment wrench has been in-
cluded, this will allow the pushrod length to be
extended or shortened with out removing the
servo arm. Adjust the pushrod length so the con-
trol surface is neutral when the servo arm is 90
degrees to the servo case.
12. Finished elevator servo assembly shown below.
Repeat all previous steps for the remaining ele-
vator linkage assembly.
