Aeroworks 30cc Laser 200 Assembly Manual

13. Align the left and right sides of the control horns

to the mounting holes and mount using six wood
screws as shown.

14. A pushrod adjustment wrench has been in-

cluded, this will allow the pushrod length to be
extended or shortened with out removing the
servo arm. Adjust the pushrod length so the con-
trol surface is neutral when the servo arm is 90
degrees to the servo case.

Note:

Tape aileron in place to help keep aileron

centered during pushrod adjustment.

15. Finished aileron servo installation shown below.

Repeat all previous steps for the remaining ai-
leron servo.
