Tour 

When an alarm occurs, this feature presents an alternating display (much like a slideshow) of the 
channel(s) you set to record. 

Check the box to enable, and the click the buttons for the channels that you want included in the 
tour. The selected channels are highlighted. 

 

Snapshot 

When an alarm occurs, this feature takes a still image of the channel(s) you set to record. 

Check the box to enable, and the click the buttons for the channels that you want included in the 
snapshot. The selected channels are highlighted. 

 

Video Matrix 

Check the box to enable this function. When an event occurs, the device connected to the SPOT OUT 
port on the rear of the DVR displays video output from the selected channel(s) in a 1-window tour. 
See the Video Matrix section on page 223 for details on how to set up Video Matrix. 

Checkboxes 

 

Show Message.

 If enabled, a pop up alarm message appears in the local host screen. 

 

Send Email.

 If enabled, an email alert is sent to you when an alarm occurs. 

 

Alarm Upload.

 If enabled, the alarm signal is uploaded to the network. 

 

Buzzer.

 If enabled, a buzzer sounds when an alarm occurs.  

 

Message.

 If a 3G network is connected, a message is sent when a motion detection event 

occurs.  

Note: This feature is not supported by ADT at this time.
