For multiple-channel monitor mode, the system displays in Sub Stream by default. You
cannot modify this manually. All channels are trying to synchronize. The synchronization
effect depends on your network environment.

For bandwidth considerations, the system cannot support live viewing and playback at the
same time. The system automatically closes the monitor or playback screen when you are
conducting a search, in order to enhance search speed.

4.3.1
LAN Mode
After logging into the LAN mode, the main window appears.

Section 1
Click the tab of the function you want to switch to: Playback, Alarm, Setup or Logout.
Section 2
This section displays the available individual camera channels that you can select. To initiate a
specific camera, click the
CAM
icon for that camera. For sample, click on CAM 1 and select either
Main Stream for full HD or Sub Stream for lower bandwidth display.
In the sample screens that follow, CAM1, CAM2, CAM3 and CAM 6 have all been selected to output
sub stream. The icon for each selected camera becomes yellow and the
S
designation (for Sub
Stream) appears to the right of each.
