video will be adjusted accordingly. You can use this function when the whole video is too dark or too
bright. Note that the video may become hazy if the value is too high. The value ranges from 0 to 100.
The recommended value ranges from 40 to 60.
Contrast
This setting adjusts the monitor window contrast. The value ranges from 0 to 100. The default value
is 50. The greater the number, the greater the contrast. Use this function when the overall video
brightness is OK but the contrast is poor. Note that that the video may become hazy if the value is set
too low. If this value is too high, darker sections may lack brightness while the brighter section may
appear over exposed. The recommended value ranges from 40 to 60.
Saturation
This setting is for adjusting monitor window saturation. The value ranges from 0 to 100. The default
value is 50. The greater the number, the more intense the color. This value has no effect on the
general brightness of the video as a whole. The video color may become too intense if the value is set
too high. For the gray part of the video, distortion may occur if the white balance is not accurate. Note
that video quality may appear poor if the value is set too low. The recommended value ranges from
40 to 60.
Gain
This function sets the gain value. The smaller the value, the lower the noise. (However, lower gain
may result in a brightness setting too low in the dark environments.) A higher gain value can enhance
the video brightness but video noise may increase.
White Level
The setting enhances video effects. Select from Low, Middle or High.
Color Mode
This includes several preset color modes for adjusting the hue, brightness, contrast, etc. Selections
include: Standard, Soft, Bright, Colorful, Bank or Custom.
