17.1
Log Files and Reports
In case of major troubles with the XO device, the system allows to generate a number of log files and reports. In
some cases, the Honeywell Support Division may ask you to activate and capture some log files and reports that
can be helpful to resolve technical issues.
17.2
Retrieving Log Files
The XO device can output its internal trace buffer to hard disk to allow logging for longer periods without losing the
data. You need to enable logging first.
To enable logging and retrieve log files, proceed as follows:

Type the device’s IP address in the address bar of your internet browser, and add /log.php to the address.
For example:
http://10.0.0.10/log.php.
The
Internal Logging
page appears. It displays instructions to enable logging. If logging is not yet enabled,
the
Log list
at the bottom of the page is empty.
