AUTO: The MTS

will choose the appropriate resolution. The
second parameter is necessary but not significant.
MANU: the resolution must be given in the second parameter. If
the selected value is less than the min. possible value, then the
min. possible value will be selected.
BEEP
Choice of whether or not the end of an acquisition is signalled by
an audible beep.

Autoconfiguration command for the next acquisition
MANual: the MTS

will choose the acquisition range, pulse,
resolution and acquisition time specified by the operator using the
above commands.
AUTO: the auto-config function is enabled. The MTS
e
will choose
the appropriate acquisition range, pulse and resolution in relation
to the acquisition time specified by ACQ:MAXTime for the fiber
under test. As soon as these acquisition parameters have been
chosen, a «final acquisition» is launched using these chosen
parameters for the specified acquisition time. An automatic
measurement is made at the end of the final acquisition.
