512 Mbit (64 Mbyte) Quad-SPI
Flash device

Micon

MT25QL512ABBIEW9

The Quad SPI Flash device is accessed using the Zynq chip Quad-SPI
controller. Flash can only be written by the Zynq processor. The Quad-SPI
device is not accessible from the programmable logic side.

Single slave select 4-bit I/O interface to Zynq chip Quad-SPI Controller as
alternative boot source.

MAC Address EEPROM

2-Kbit EEPROM

ST Microelectronics

M24C02-RMC6TG

A 2-Kbit EEPROM is accessible over the I2C bus to store the unique 48-bit
ethernet MAC address.

The EEPROM is accessible through I2C slave device identifier address 0xA0.
