5.2.1 Creating a Hardware Platform using Vitis IDE

Launch the Vitis IDE from Windows start menu shortcut or by double-
clicking the \Xilinx\Vitis\2020.1\bin\vitis.bat file.

Open the Vitis IDE and set the workspace path to your project file.

Alternately, you can open the Vitis IDE with a default workspace and later
switch it to the correct workspace by selecting

File > Switch Workspace

and

then selecting the workspace.

Select the workspace and Launch.

In the Vitis IDE, select icon as identified with green arrow as shown.

When creating a new FSBL (First Stage Boot Loader) proceed as directed
below.

In the Vitis IDE, go to

File => New => Platform Project

Enter the Hardware Platform name

APZU_wrapper

and click

Next
