EXTERNAL PROBE KIT
The external probe kit allows to detect the external temperature
and, when connected to the remote control panel, activates the
climate control program.
Before performing any operation remove
power supply to the boiler by positioning
the general system switch and the main switch
the appliance on "off".
The correct positioning of the external probe is essential
for the proper functioning of climate control.
The probe must be installed outside the building from
heat, at about 2/3 of the height of the facade to the north or
NORTH-WEST and far from chimneys, doors, windows and
sunny areas.
11.2 DRYING AND VACUUM OF THE PLANT
Drying and high vacuum are necessary to evacuate air,
humidity, and all the gases that could be in solution with
compressor oil.
If there is liquid water in the system, it is necessary slightly heat
the parts where it settled, in order to favor evaporation.
The capacity of the high vacuum pump must be adequate to the
system in which one must operate; it is recommended to use
one pump with a flow rate of at least 90 liters / minute.
The degree of vacuum must be checked with a suitable vacuum
gauge for medium vacuum, possibly electronic, with resolution in
micron of the scale.
- Carrying out a heavy vacuum:
- connect the pump to the system using pipes, connections from
1/4 SAE swivel female, at the indicated pressure taps on the
inlet and outlet connections in the compressor;
- connect a vacuum gauge
- make the vacuum up to a value of at least 350, 500 microns
for a minimum time of at least 30 minutes.
11.3 CLEANING OF THE CIRCUIT
WARNING! In the case of engine burning, with
perforation of
windings, it is necessary to clean
carefully check the
refrigeration circuit to avoid later
burns or breakdowns.
The cleaning operations are aimed at eliminating all the
STORES
INV of carbon or others in the solid state and,
according to the method used,
all the contaminants that have
been must be eliminated
introduced to clean the circuit or to
effect the operations
carried out.
WARNING! Do not inhale the refrigerant vapors coming
from
burned compressors, as it can be in presence
of toxic products.
Avoid skin contact altogether
of the residual oil from the blown
compressor, as it is
generally acid.
11.4 REFRIGERANT CHARGE
WARNING! For no reason the refrigerant gas
in the liquid state
it must be charged on the suction side
on the compressor as
this condition involves the
damage to the compressor.
The operations to be performed are the following:
- connect the cylinder (or charging cylinder) to the system
by means of pipes and 1/4 SAE female swivel connections to
the
pressure intake on the liquid side of the air / gas exchangers
refrigerant;
- insert refrigerant in the liquid state:
a) until the required charge is reached;
b) until the equilibrium of pressures between Ebola and
refrigerant circuit is reached;
- start the appliance and, if necessary, insert the refrigerant
remaining until the prescribed values are reached.
The charge tuning operation must be done using
the intake
socket of the compressor, inserting the
liquid refrigerant
gradually;
- check the refrigerant charge.
WARNING! Make sure the tools used are in
good condition and
properly calibrated.
11.5 Verification of overheating
- start the appliance;
- insert into the pressure outlet, located in the large pipe
near the compressor, the low pressure gauge for the
pressure measurement;
- wait for the values to stabilize for about 20 minutes;
- measure the temperature value on the large pipe (phase
steam), near the pressure intake using
a special contact probe;
- read the temperature value in the pressure gauge, in
correspondence of the detected pressure value.
The temperature read by the thermometer must be higher than
temperature read at the manometer with a value between 3 ° C
and
8 ° C for operation in cooling mode, between 1 ° C and 5 °
C for the
operation in heating mode.
