6.6.7 Damping
The damping can be set within the range from 1s to a maximum of 100 s. It represents the time required for
the converter to reach the value of 99 % of a step change.
6.6.8 Low Flow Cutoff
The value set is the low flow cutoff limit in percent of the QmMax setting. The maximum low flow cutoff setting
is 10 %. The switching hysteresis is 0.1 %. If a value of 0 % is entered for the low flow cutoff, then the switch-
ing hysteresis is also turned off.
6.6.9 System Zero
After pressing „ENTER“ the selection of whether a manual or automatic zero adjustment is to conducted can
be made using „DATA“ or „STEP“.
„System Zero Manual“ allows the direct entry of a zero value for the system zero. This could be used in order
to change the system zero value determined by the automatic adjustment. Before selecting the automatic
zero adjustment function assure that the operating requirements below are satisfied (“Installation Require-
ments/System Sizing Information” on Page 15):
• no flowrate
• no vibration
• no pressure shocks
• no gas bubbles in fluid
• operating conditions (e.g. operating temperature and operating pressure)
