Make sure that the four clamps L+ and M (two of each) are not wrongly con-
nected (e. g. +/- of power supply is connected to both L+/L+ or both M/M)

Excessive current might damage the clamp and terminal base.
Make sure that the current flowing through the spring terminals never exceeds
10 A.
