7.16 Start pulse (terminals J1/J4) when the gate is opening
This menu confi gures the behaviour of the control during the opening phase following
a command input.
ZU
The gate closes again.
AUS
The gate remains open (the command is ignored).
PAUS
The gate remains open, the hold-open time is restarted.
Note
With pulse operation, select the
ZU
function. With automatic operation (open via start
command and close via automatic gate closing), select the
AUS
or
PAUS
function.
7.17 Start pulse (START P, terminals J2/J4) with pedestrian opening
This menu confi gures the behaviour of the control with pedestrian opening following a
command input (START P/pedestrian).
StoP
The gate stops.
ZU
The gate stops and closes again immediately.
AUS
The gate continues the opening phase (the command is ignored).
Note
In the event that a
START
command is given during pedestrian opening, the leaf
opens fully.
The
START P
command (pedestrian) is ignored if a
START
command to start or stop
the gate was given beforehand.
7.18 Automatic closing
This menu allows you to set the hold-open time. Once the set time has expired, the
gate closes automatically. The gate can also be closed before the hold-open time
expires by giving a new START command. If the "
AUS
" or "
PAUS
" option has been
selected in menu
P22
, the gate closes only via the automatic closing function.
Note
If a
stop
command is given, the control switches to semi-automatic mode. This
deactivates the automatic closing function. Automatic mode is activated only
following a new
START
command.
7.19 Quick close after passage
This option allows the hold-open time to be cancelled and the closing procedure to
begin earlier. Once the light barrier has been passed and following expiry of the set
time, the gate is closed immediately. The time must always be less than the time set in
menu
P24
.
Note
This function is only possible if automatic gate closing is activated.
This function is deactivated in semi-automatic mode.

7.20 Quick close after passage of both light barriers
This option allows the hold-open time to be cancelled and the closing procedure to
begin earlier. Once both light barriers (type 1 and type 2) have been passed and
following expiry of the time set in menu

, the gate is closed immediately.
