After microscope initialization, if FL HW option is provided, you can select from the following two
modes:

In accordance with the selected mode, the
Profile Settings Panel
and the
Microscope Control Panel
views are modified.
5.1 Brightfield Scanning Mode
Microscope View consist of three different sections:
•
Main functions
: Located at below the window header, these functions are identical in both
modes.
•
Profile Settings panel
: Profile settings containing parameters used for scanning.
•
Microscope Control Panel
: Live microscope movement functions
