The Courier V.Everything modem provides six Help, or command 
summary, screens: basic AT command set, ampersand (&) command set, 
percent (%) command set, dial command options (D), S-Registers (S), and 
the octothorpe (#) command set.

Help screens are not available when an modem makes a synchronous 
connection using &M6 or &M7
