ACCESSING RECORDED VIDEO FILES
Triggered events will be stored on the camera’s external SD card. Remove the card and place it into a computer
with the Digital Ally Viewer software to view the triggered event videos.
To access the internal continuously looped video, you will need to connect the camera to a computer via the USB
connection on the back of the camera. The camera’s storage will be accessible as a removable storage device. The
Digital Ally Viewer software should be used to access the video.
