customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the monitor to Zoe Medical
and for the return shipping back to the customer.
If an estimate is required and the estimate of repairs is declined after the monitor
has been evaluated at Zoe Medical, the customer is responsible for the evaluation
fee ** plus the shipping back to the customer.
Zoe Medical will honor rush repair requests. Please inform Customer Support at
the time of the RMA request. A flat rate fee will be added to the cost of the repair
/ invoice.
