Choose whether this controller is a “Primary” or a “Secondary”. Make sure you understand the Atlas Series
network, discussed above. The first installed controller must be the Primary controller and all others are
Secondary controllers.
Page 3: Primary Controller Name (Primary controller Only)
Enter the Name of the controller to display in Web Management Application and reports.
Note:
The Secondary controllers are named when they are connected to the system in the Web Management
Application.
Page 4: Configuration (Primary controller Only)
This determines the functionality of the primary controller such as controlling Door entry, controlling Door exit,
Special purpose readers, etc.

The Secondary controllers are configured when they are connected to the system.
