If all controllers of the Atlas Series can not be located on a single network subnet, or if Discovery is hindered by
network restrictions, observe the following:
• There is no difference in the way you set up the primary controller.
• While “ Initial Controller Setup ” of secondary controllers on other subnets, do not select DHCP as normally
recommended. Assign these controllers static IP addresses.
• Manually add these secondary controllers in the Web Management Application. Log in and read “ Manually
Adding Secondary Controllers ” in the help topic, “ Configuration: Hardware: Adding Controllers ”
