ZeroClamp zero point clamping system

Installation of a clamping pot in a base-unit:

Base-Unit with an o-ring

Before the installation the clamping pot and the area of tightening have been
cleaned.

The O-ring now insert carefully and lubricate with conventional machine grease.

Fitting and o-ring

The carefully lubricate fitting can be inserted in the airconnectionhole by lightly
pushing.
Now the clamping pot can be inserted. Keep attention on the correct position of the
airconnection and don´t tilt the clamping pot. A decrease 0.8 x 45 ° must be present.
Tightening torques 6.3.
