Operator training
The operators will need to be trained on the following topics :
•
functioning and operation of zero point clamping system
•
calculation of the maximum clamping forces
•
maintenance and cleaning
Everyone responsible for assembly, operation and maintenance must have read
and be familiar with the entire manual, especially chapter one “Safety” and
preferably provide a written confirmation that they have done so.
Assembly and disassembly, connecting and operating may only be executed by
authorized personnel. Modes of operating impairing the function and operation safety
of the zero point clamping system are prohibited.
