When running the ZerOS Monitor app on Windows 10, keyboard shortcuts are available to remotely control the
console.

Click here to find out more about keyboard shortcuts.

Wireshark

Wireshark is a software tool for Mac/PC, that allows you to analyse and record the data packets the Mac/PC can see
travelling around the network, to be able to diagnose network issues.

Wireshark is free, and can be downloaded from here:

https://www.wireshark.org/

1. When you open Wireshark, you’ll need to select which connection you wish to capture (wired, wireless,

Bluetooth etc). Graphs next to each connection display the network traffic on that connection

2. Once you’ve selected a network, click the blue Shark Fin (first icon in the toolbar, says “Start Capturing

Packets” when you hover over it).

3. You will now be capturing network packets. If you have a specific problem when something happens (for

example a device comes online, or you try to connect to something), make sure you do this whilst in the middle
of capturing.

4. Once done, press the red stop button (second icon on the toolbar, says “Stop Capturing Packets” when you

hover over it).

5. If required, you can then save the capture.
