Use this command to print a document. If a graph is selected, this command presents a

Print

Option

dialog box with the options below. When a table is selected, a standard print window is

presented.

Shortcut

If you have a color printer, you can choose to print in

. Otherwise you should

choose

Mono

(black and white).

Size

If you choose

Max

size, then the program will size the graph so that it fits on one page.

If you choose

Exact

size, then program will print the graph as close as possible to the

size that is displayed.

Maintain Aspect Ratio

If you choose to maintain the aspect ratio, then the program will size the graph until
either the height or the width is maximized and then leave the graph in the same height
width ratio that is displayed.

Border

You can also choose whether or not to print a border.
