Description

Max Call

Maximum call duration for all calls on the handset.

Min Call

Minimum call duration for all calls on the handset, including the number of calls with a dur-
ation of 0, such as Missed Call, Outgoing Rejection, and Incoming Call Rejection.

Note

: The "Sum" line is the sum of all handset call statistics. Handsets that have not yet established a call are not counted.

Procedure

Access the web user interface of the DM.

You can do the following:

Select the search type and enter the search criteria to perform a search.

to customize the properties displayed in the statistics table.

to clear and restart the statistics.

to refresh the current statistics.
