This is the net value at the rated load.

When using a 400V class power supply, turn the power supply ON and OFF at the
primary side of the voltage conversion transformer.

Note:

Transformer inductance will cause a surge voltage if the power is turned ON and OFF at the

secondary, damaging the servo amplifier.
