IPP
Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) is a standard network protocol that allows you to print and manage jobs
remotely.
1.
At your computer, open a Web browser, in the address field, type the IP address of the printer, then
press
Enter
or
Return
.

Click
Properties
>
Protocols
>
IPP
.
3.
Select
Enable IPP
.
4.
To verify the URL of the printer, for Network Path, view the path.
5.
For Connection Timeout, type the amount of time to wait before the connection times out.
6.
For Port Number, verify the TCP/IP port number used by IPP.
7.
For Maximum Number of Sessions, verify the maximum number of connections.
8.
Click
Save Changes
