Analog signal shields grounded at device end.
The shields should be connected to earth ground at all intermediate terminal blocks, as well as terminated
at the control terminal block (AC Coupled).
In this case the shorting bar is removed to provide a capacitive connection to ground (in addition to the
‘hard’ ground) at the device end.
