Analog Inputs—TMR 24/8 Analog Module
For a 4–20 mA input signal, the 24/8 Analog Module uses a 200 ohm resistor across the input located on the
24/8 Analog Module. Each analog input channel may power its own 4–20 mA transducer. See Figure 4-8 for
analog input connection. This power is protected with a 100 mA fuse on each channel to prevent an
inadvertent short from damaging the module. The 24 Vdc outputs are capable of providing 24 Vdc with ±10%
regulation. The maximum current is 0.8 A. Power connections can be made through terminals located on the
24/8 Analog FTMs. See Chapter 11 for complete field wiring information for the 24/8 Analog FTM.
