Next, fit the 30mm Moulded Hot-End Fan to the Hot-End Heatsink noting the orientation of the 

bracket and fan cable direction. Remove the 4 screws from the fan and rotate as required. 

Secure the Fan Wires and BLTouch Wires together as per images: 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Remove the black insulation tubing from the 1000mm long Stepper Motor Cable and fit it to 

the connector on the top of the Extruder Stepper Motor: 

 

 

 

Connect the BLTouch Extension Leads to the Terminals on the BLTouch unit 

EXACTLY
