Set the hot end assembly to one side and locate the following items:

Fit the completed Hot End assembly into the extruder carriage and secure it in place using
the Hot End Clamp and the two M3 x 16mm cap head screws, using one M3 Flat Washer
under the head of each bolt:
Insert the pre-cut length of PTFE tubing into the top of the extruder carriage.
It must be pushed all the way in so that it sits flush with the top surface of the extruder
carriage bracket:
IMPORTANT: The PTFE Tubing is already pre-cut to precisely the
correct length. It
MUST
be fully seated into the assembly and
sit inside the top of the thermal break in order to function
