3. Cups are recognised by processor but are not transferring into position:
With the machine switched off remove all of the cups from the cup turret.
Set your voltmeter to
measure 240Vac
Measure across the neutral, pin 13 (Black) and cup transfer motor live
wire, pin 8 (Yellow/Black) located on the underside of the cup unit.
SWITCH ON THE
MACHINE
(wait 5 seconds)
Voltage is measured but
the transfer motor is not
rotating.
SWITCH OFF
MACHINE
Unplug and remove the
cup unit. Remove both
fixing screws from the
top of the unit.
Check continuity
between the motor and
the cup unit plug
No continuity is
measured – locate
break in wire.
IF continuity is
measured – Replace
Cup unit

No voltage is
measured
SWITCH OFF
MACHINE
Measure continuity from
Pin 13 (Black) to
connector ‘W’ pin 6
(located on the Fuse and
Distribution box).
Measure continuity from
Pin 8 (Yellow/Black) to
SKT 10 pin 10 (located
on the processor board).
Continuity is measured
If continuity is measured and all of the checks
have been completed to ensure the ‘cup sold out’
and ‘cup index’ switches functions correctly –
Replace the processor board (P/N 190010)
