CHAPTER 3

Installing the Speaker Array

After analyzing the site and designing the installation layout, the HPSA-7100-R

installation can begin. This chapter discusses the required steps for installing speaker

Array.

3.1

INSTALLATION METHODOLOGY

HPSA-7100-R speakers are designed to be mounted to a steel pipe such as a pole, mast,
tripod or other pole-mounting method. This Chapter details how to mount to a pipe,
however does not address options for installation of the pipe.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSTALLER TO OBTAIN
STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, AND CIVIL ENGINEERING APPROVAL
FOR ALL INSTALLATIONS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE TO LOCAL AND
NATIONAL CODES AND STANDARDS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
SET BY THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO
INSTALL THE HPSA. FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAN CAUSE
