Get HPSA Status

Unit Status

: Reports several unit 

statuses.

•

AC Main Power

: Reports 

status of main power as Good 
or Bad.

•

Unit Trouble

: Reports overall 

system health as Good or Bad.

•

HPSA Door:

 Reports 

encasement doors as Open or 
Shut.

•

Battery Status

: Reports Good 

or Bad with regard to the PDB 
battery charger operation.

Back

: Returns the screen to the Get 

HPSA Status menu.

Get HPSA Status

: Reports Yes or 

No. Yes signifies the unit is 
running internal processes.

Battery Voltage

: Reports 

battery voltage for the four 
Sealed Lead-Acid batteries.

Amp/Dvr Status:

 Reports 

amplifier and driver status.

Amp Status

: Reports the 

amplifier status as good (G) or 
bad (B) for each amplifier 
channel (1 through 4 for 
HPSA-7108). Bad signifies 
that the output voltage of the 
appropriate channel of the 
Class D Amp is out of 
tolerance. Refer to section 
Section 8.2.2.2, Amplifier and 
Driver Status.

•

Driver Status

: Reports the 

speaker status as driver pairs 
for each amplifier channel (1 
through 4 for HPSA-7108). 
Because there are two drivers 
per channel/speaker (S), the 
driver status reports results as 
GG (all good), (BB) all bad, 
GB, or BG (one driver good, 
one bad). 

Extended Status

: This function is 

used for factory testing.
This menu has a 60-second time-out 
setting.
