•
The concentrate supply tank is empty.
•
The concentrate level sensor is malfunctioning.
•
Add concentrate to the tank.
•
Repair or replace the sensor or cable.
The mix does not output from
the nozzle as expected.
•
The mix percentage is set too low.
•
The foam system is not primed.
•
Low foam volume.
•
Increase the mix percentage.
•
Prime the foam system.
•
Increase the mix percentage.
The OIT does not light up.
•
No power to the OIT.
•
The master power on vehicle is not enabled.
•
The circuit breaker switch has tripped.
•
Check the power cable to the controller and the OIT cable.
•
Enable the master power.
•
Reset the circuit breaker.
The green LED on the OIT does
not flash when you flow water
though the flowmeter tee or
manifold.
•
The flowmeter cable is malfunctioning.
•
The paddle wheel on the flowmeter is obstructed, damaged,
or the flowmeter does not function.
•
Replace the flowmeter cable.
•
Clear or replace the flowmeter.
The OIT displays horizontal
bars.
•
There is a communication error between the OIT and the
controller.
•
Verify that the pins on the cable are not bent, replace the
cable if they are damaged. Contact Waterous to replace the
control box.
The concentrate enters the
water tank.
•
Concentrate was poured into the water tank.
•
A check valve in the waterway is malfunctioning.
•
The drain for the foam manifold is not isolated.
•
Flush the water tank.
•
Clean, clear, or replace check valve.
•
Isolate the drain for the foam manifold.
The green LED does not light
up but a value is displayed.
•
The foam system is not on.
•
Press the foam button.
