Purge your flue gas analyzer into fresh air, let it stabilize

and ensure you have:

O readings of 20.6 or above

readings of below 0.2% CO .

Yes

(repeat the process for minimum)

Boiler is operating correctly and within

the combustion limits, bring the boiler

out of the Service Mode and no further

adjustments are required.

Boiler combustion limits are not met, if

all previous checks have been

completed correctly e.g. gas pressure,

gas rate, flue integrity and re-circulation

then please run FTF / please follow FTF

procedure. If FTF is not enough for

correct emission values, please run

Auto Calibration / please follow Auto

Calibration procedure.

Run the boiler in maximum/minimum

output e.g. Service Mode

Insert your flue gas analyzer in the appliance test point and ensure

the appliance is maintaining maximum/minimum power output and

allow the readings on the analyzer to stabilize.

Readings should be:

CO - less than 300 ppm

CO/CO

ratio -0.004 or below
