Setting Auto Answer on or off
You can choose to have AppsView automatically answer all incoming calls, or to notify
you when a call is received and let you choose at that time whether to answer the call.
To set Auto Answer mode:
1.
Click the
Rotate Toolbars
button until Toolbar 2 is displayed.
2.
On Toolbar 2, click the
Auto Answer
button to change its setting.
Answering a call
If Auto Answer is on, AppsView automatically answers the call.
If Auto Answer is off, AppsView rings to let you know a call is coming in. If your switch
supports Caller ID, you will be able to view the Caller ID of the incoming call in the
status bar of the video window. Click the
Answer
button that appears at the bottom of
the video window to receive the call.
Ending a call
To end your video call, click the
Disconnect Current Cal
l
button on the AppsView
toolbar.
Customizing AppsView
AppsView Control Interface
The Control Interface is the central location for adjusting most of the AppsView
settings. It consists of the following tabs:
•
Video
, for adjusting the color, hue, contrast, brightness of the image
displayed in the video window;
•
Audio
, to choose the audio input and output sources, as well as adjust the
audio in gain and volume;
