Creating Vendor Profiles
Contact your system administrator for the information needed to complete this page.
Peripherals tab
The Peripherals tab allows you to select the camera(s) and microphone being used with
the WG500 system. Verify that the following default settings are correct in the
software:

The Camera Test button will not
operate while AppsView is running.
Enter the vendor’s
name here
Click on the check
box next to the
rates(s) supported by
the gateway. Enter
the prefix and/or
suffix (if any) for
each rate. To
deselect a check box,
click it again.
Enter the
separator
specified by your
gateway.
Select the Sony D30/
31 (PTZ) Camera
Select COM1
.
Click this button to verify that
your camera is connected
correctly and working
properly. The camera should
pan, tilt and zoom to its limits.
This box is for use
with the second
camera option. [See
the next section.]
Select
Table Top
as your
microphone.
This option will only
be visible if you have
installed the
Composite Out Video
option. Each time this
box is checked or
unchecked, the PC
will need to be
restarted.
