All fuel alarm functions are accessed through the
CONFIG
SETTINGS
CALIBRATION menu as
described below.
Note!
The port engine or both engines have to
have ignition on when settings are made or when
resetting data.
Fuel alarm
The Fuel Alarm can be switched ON/OFF.
Fuel level
The fuel level system is calibrated as follow.
Position the fuel level sensor in appropriate ”empty”
position and press ”0%” key, then store the calibra-
tion point value by pressing the ”store” key. Repeat
the procedure with the level sensor in the appro-
priate ”full” position using the ”100 %” key instead.
To confirm that the calibration data is stored in the
EVC the text ”STORED” is displayed for 2s & the
buzzer sounds.
If the display is configured for a twin engine instal-
lation then the ”PORT/STBD” key is displayed to
allow the tank on either side to be calibrated.
The extra key 3 appears if the display is configured
as either a port, starboard or twin engined display.
The ‘FUEL’ title is modified to show the current
engine selected for the fuel alarm ‘ON/OFF’ function.
