3.3.1.4.1 TX Power Detect
Shows a relative transmit power level as seen by the power detect
circuit.
3.3.1.5 Transmit
Shows and sets the current transmit status (On/Off).
If desired, change the setting of the transmit signal by pressing the
ENTER key and using the up/down cursor keys, change the setting as
desired. When the desired setting is shown on the display, press the
ENTER key again to enter the parameter into memory.
3.3.1.6 Spectrum
Shows and sets the current IF spectrum status (Normal or Inverted).
If desired, change the setting of the Spectrum by pressing the ENTER
key and using the up/down cursor keys, change the setting as desired.
When the desired setting is shown on the display, press the ENTER key
again to enter the parameter into memory.
3.3.1.7 Carrier
Shows and sets the current carrier method (Normal or CW).
If desired, change the setting of the Carrier by pressing the ENTER key
and using the up/down cursor keys, change the setting as desired.
When the desired setting is shown on the display, press the ENTER key
again to enter the parameter into memory.
3.3.1.8 Symbol Rolloff
Shows and sets the current symbol rolloff (alpha) value.
If desired, change the setting of symbol rolloff value by pressing the
ENTER key and using the cursor keys, change the setting as desired.
When the desired setting is shown on the display, press the ENTER key
again to enter the parameter into memory.
3.3.1.9 Modulation Type
Shows and sets the current modulation type.
If desired, change the setting of the modulation type by pressing the
ENTER key and using the cursor keys, change the setting as desired.
When the desired setting is shown on the display, press the ENTER key
again to enter the parameter into memory.
3.3.2 Interface Parameters
Interface related parameters are displayed and set from the INTERFACE
MENU as described in the following paragraphs.
3.3.2.1 Interface Type
Shows and sets the current interface type.
If desired, change the interface type setting by pressing the ENTER key
and using the cursor keys, change the setting as desired. When the
desired setting is shown on the display, press the ENTER key again to
enter the parameter into memory.
Note Before changing the
interface type, first
disconnect the cables at J1
and/or J2, change the
interface type, and then
reconnect J1 and/or J2.
