Parameters setting before the equipment start-up
Parameters necessary for the equipment start-up
Before performing the first ignition, it is necessary to adjust the Year, Date, Time for the proper function of the HW
preparing time schedules if the HW time schedule is active.
Check the parameters of the factory settings according to the Tab. 6. The parameters are only indicative and may
be varied depending on the fuel used.

Putting into operation
1. Fire the boiler.

Plug the device into the mains (insert plug into the socket).

Check the Climatix unit switching off.

Check the parameters setting see Chap. 6.5.

Check the water volume in the heating system on the pressure gauge.

Open the shut-off valves between the boiler and the heating system.

Check the pump.

Clean the burner and ash-pan drawer (in case fire isn’t made for the first time). The ash-pan door must be
permanently closed during the boiler ignition and the operation.

Fill the fuel tank with the specified fuel. Close the tank carefully in order to prevent possible air intake into
the burner through the feeder.

The fuel feeder for transporting the fuel to the burner is started on the display (User menu / Manual control /
Feeding manually / On). Fuel must be transported to a location where the fan is blowing air. If the fuel
feeder is empty the fuel supply to the burner takes 6 - 6.5 min. After 6 minutes, the screw feeder is
automatically switched off and can be put into operated by means of the display, if needed. Switching off the
feeder is performed by switching to the Off status.

Put the kindling e.g. paper, wood chips, PEPO, solid alcohol etc. on the fuel.

Ignite and let flare up.

Using a shovel, put a small volume of the specified fuel to the burning kindling.

Close the door and turn on the fan by means of the display (User menu / Manual control / Fan manually /
On). When necessary, the fan can be switched off, otherwise the fan switches off automatically after
15 minutes. The fan power during the ignition can be changed (User menu / Manual control / Fan
performance manually)

During the ignition, maintain sufficient height of fuel.

If the fuel is sufficiently flared up, turn off the fan in the manual mode or wait until it is automatically switched
off. Switch the boiler on by means of the display (Boiler mode / On).

If after 15 minutes the fuel is not flared up sufficiently, turn the fan on for the required time. Then switch on
the boiler.

Now the boiler is in the automatic mode.
2. Check the boiler tightness again.
3. Carry out the heating test according to relevant standards (see Warranty card).
4. Familiarize users with the boiler operation.
5. Make a record to the Warranty card.
Putting into operation can be performed only by specialized installation companies authorized to carry out
this activity.
